Who it suits

Who we work with.

01

Property managers

More than one building, and a turnover schedule that cannot slip. One contact for all of it.

02

Landlords

A few units, and a need to get each one back on the market without a month of downtime.

03

Small businesses

An office or storefront that has to keep serving customers while the work happens.

How it differs

Built around your hours.

Commercial work has a different constraint from a home. The building has to keep working while we are in it.

What we do differently

  • We work evenings and weekends so you can stay open
  • Work areas sealed so the rest of the space stays open
  • One point of contact, and one invoice, across every unit
  • Written scope per unit so you can compare them side by side
  • Photos at handover for your own records

What stays the same

  • Free walkthrough before any number is given
  • Written estimate, usually within 48 hours
  • Change orders approved by you before the work happens
  • Closeout walkthrough and sign off
FAQ

Commercial questions.

Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most storefronts that is the right answer. We will lay out the schedule at the walkthrough so you know exactly which days affect your customers.
Can you handle more than one unit at a time?
Yes. Each unit gets its own written scope so you can compare them, and it all comes back to one contact and one invoice.
How fast is a turnover?
It depends on what the last tenant left behind. We will give you a real number after the walkthrough rather than an optimistic one before it.
Do you take ongoing maintenance work?
Yes, on a standing schedule. That tends to suit managers with several buildings who would rather not call around every time something breaks.
