How it works.
Most renovation stress is not knowing what happens next. So here is all of it, before you ever call.
Tell us what you need
Call, text, or fill in the form. Plain language is fine, you do not need to know the right words for anything. We want the room, the outcome you want, and your timeline.
We reply and book a visit
A real person aims to get back to you the same business day, confirms we cover your area, and puts a walkthrough on the calendar. If your job is not something we should take, we say so then.
The walkthrough
We come out and look at real conditions, not photos. We measure, we open things up where we need to, and we tell you what we find, including anything that changes the number.
Your written estimate
Line itemed, so you can see where the money goes. Materials separated from labor. What is included, and just as important, what is not. Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the walkthrough.
Build, then close out together
You approve the estimate and we book a start date. You get photos as the job moves. If something has to change, you get a written change order and approve it before we touch it. At the end we walk it together and agree the punch list before the job is closed out.
Three promises.
No verbal numbers
Everything you are asked to pay was written down and handed to you first. A price you were told out loud is not a price.
Nothing changes without you
Older homes hide surprises. When we find one, you get a written change order and you decide, before any work happens.
We close it out together
The punch list comes from walking it together, not from us alone. We agree what is outstanding before the job is closed out.
Common questions.
Does the walkthrough cost anything?
What if you find something unexpected once you open a wall?
Do I need to move out during the work?
What areas do you serve?
What to expect.
Written down up front, so nothing is a surprise later and both sides know where they stand.
Based on what we can see
An estimate covers the conditions visible at the walkthrough. Older homes hide things behind walls and under floors, and those are handled as a change order, not absorbed silently.
In writing, approved first
If the scope changes, you get a written change order with a price. Work on that item pauses until you approve it. Nothing gets added to your bill that you did not agree to.
Walked together
We walk the finished job with you and agree the punch list before anything is called done.
